We speak for all gals here at Shit Women Buy in saying WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS of Queen and Freddie Mercury fandom! Susan and I attended the Bohemian Rhapsody film last year and now there has been an explosion of Queen and Freddie-inspired merch on the interwebs. It’s exciting to see and because YOU’RE MY BEST FRIEND, we made a list of our favorite Queen finds on Amazon.
Caution: The are more Queen song titles to come so DON’T STOP ME NOW.
Much like Queen itself, the vintage art of pin collecting has also seen a resurgence of interest in recent years. We love pins at SWB because each one is like a tiny, movable piece of art that is sure to spark conversations.
You can nab this hand-painted enameled wooden pin of Queen Freddie in his natural state: mustache groomed, yellow jacket collar popped, mic in hand and fist pumped proudly to the sky.
The last thing you need when you’re frantically running around UNDER PRESSURE to leave the house on time is a boring old timepiece.
Do yourself a favor and purchase this funky Queen vinyl wall clock. It’s a unique gift for the Freddie fan in your life, plus it’s made out of real old vinyl records (how many hipster points is that worth?)
It’s as pretty as a piece of art, but will also help keep you on schedule – what more could you ask for? I’ll be hanging this one in my den.
Can you even call yourself a fan if you don’t have a band tee? I think not.
This officially licensed Queen Logo t-shirt features a slim fit and a bold graphic gradient of the Queen Crest logo on a black background. The soft and comfy 100% material will have you screaming I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT YOU every time you take it off.
Pair this tee with torn up jeans and scuffed boots for a classic rocker vibe, or tuck it into a skirt for a fun summer look. No matter how you wear it, you’ll make Freddie proud.
Queen’s set at the 1985 Live Aid Concert in front of an audience of 72,000 rabid fans at London’s Wembley Stadium is one of the most iconic performances in history. You can own a split second of that famous show by purchasing this black and white 30×16 inch premium canvas print, that comes framed, ready to hang and packed in secure cardboard packaging.
This large print shows Freddie in all his glory, doing a “back bend while belting out a tune” move that only he could pull off. You won’t regret hanging this in any room of your house that could benefit from a little inspiration.
Add a little color, sass and a whole lot of teased 80s hair to your wall with this Queen poster featuring Freddy and the gang. You can almost hear them shouting WE WILL ROCK YOU when you look at it!
Susan always thought she didn’t want kids – and then she saw this cool Queen logo infant onesie. Now she is re-thinking that decision. LOL
Any baby in your life will go RADIO GAGA for this 100% cotton and 100% rad black bodysuit that comes in 6, 12, 18 and 24-month sizes. You can be the coolest person at the baby shower by assuring the baby-to-be-born has excellent taste in music when they grow up.
Side note: Please don’t have a baby just so you can put them in this onesie.
If you’ve ever said to yourself I WANT TO BREAK FREE from my boring morning routine, then we have the perfect bathroom accessory for you! Feel free to belt it out in your shower voice.
Check out this waterproof polyester shower curtain that features the Queen logo plus a trendy (and trippy) galaxy background. Now all you FAT BOTTOM GIRLS can sing karaoke into a shampoo bottle microphone with style.
Now, we all know that Freddie Mercury was to Queen as Beyonce is to Destiny’s Child – the lead singer, show stopper and break out star of the band. But we can’t forget the other members who made the famous group complete: Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon.
Strut your stuff in this black ringspun cotton shirt that boldly lists the last names of each band member in simple white text. Wear this tee out in public and find out who the true Queen fans are in your neighborhood!
Another One Bites the Dust
I know after reading this list of Queen’s greatest (merchandise) hits that you’ll just have to buy an item or two for yourself. Have fun!
